Essentials of the Role 

  • Manage customer support platforms (online chat, Emails, WhatsApp, etc) and complete requests within the agreed time frame
  • Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Guiding and educating customers through various self-help options and articles
  • Constantly learning new technical information as the product evolves
  • Provide continued training and support for partners to resell products
  • Take the extra mile to engage with customers/partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Experience in ideally related to software, SaaS products
  • Educational Qualifications in Marketing, Accounting, or Telecommunication
  • Previous experience in Point-of-sale related industry or service experience in white label/reseller solutions will be a definite advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills
  • Time management & project management skills
  • Should be willing to work day and night shifts on a roster basis
