Essentials of the Role
- Manage customer support platforms (online chat, Emails, WhatsApp, etc) and complete requests within the agreed time frame
- Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Guiding and educating customers through various self-help options and articles
- Constantly learning new technical information as the product evolves
- Provide continued training and support for partners to resell products
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers/partners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Experience in ideally related to software, SaaS products
- Educational Qualifications in Marketing, Accounting, or Telecommunication
- Previous experience in Point-of-sale related industry or service experience in white label/reseller solutions will be a definite advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and good decision-making skills
- Time management & project management skills
- Should be willing to work day and night shifts on a roster basis
