Personal Profile

• NVQ 3 or Diploma in the related field.
• 3-5 years experience in similar capacity will be added advantage.
• Passed GCE (A/L) & GCE(O/L).
• Effective communication skills in Tamil and English (Sinhala Preferable).
• Age below 35 years

Job Profile

• Perform Electrical & A/C products on-site.
• Preparing quotations and communicating to service center
• Supervising Trainee Technicians and Service Franchise agents.
• Arranging technical training program as required.
• Informing quality issues to the management.
• Maintaining accurate information in service system
• Achieve set KPIs assigned for the role.
