The Role

• Call to potential customers & follow up to close the sales.
• Provide an excellent service during and after sales
• Maintain customer portfolio through regular and methodological follow-ups by systems.
• Work closely with Sales team.

The Candidates

• Must be Result oriented and can do attitude.
• Fluency in Sinhala & English is must and Tamil would be an advantage.
• You must have minimum 2-years of experience in Telemarketing or Tele sales or
  Customer Care or Call Centre.
• Able to work in a pressurized environment.
