THE PROFILE

• Timely management of all cashiering functions in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures, with minimum discrepancies.
• Maintain & balance daily cash and reconcile any discrepancies prior to end of the day.
• Maintain zero operational lapses and minimize losses. (Cash excesses/shortages) Branch risk attributable of the Teller function to be at minimum "Satisfactory" level.
• Manage the transactions of customers efficiently and accurately with a fast transaction turnaround time.
• Freshers to be recruited as Trainee Tellers.
• A diploma or equivalent educational qualifications.
• Knowledge in basic CBSL guidelines will add value.
• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Tech Savvy.
  Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Maintaining honesty and integrity are key factors of the job role.
