Responsibilities:
Learn and familiarize yourself with administrative processes and procedures within the organization. Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, document management, and record keeping.
Provide general administrative support to various departments, including handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain calendars for team members.
