We are looking for a Creative, Knowledgeable and well experienced professional who can join our winning team to deliver quality work to our customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Update the relevant ticket in to the system to follow-up with support agents
- Escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Provide Management reports on the statues update of Call center activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Certificate or diploma in IT or similar field Prior experience in IT software customer support or call center will be an added advantage
- Fair Understanding of IT Software customer support and ticketing system handling
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Sinhala / and English Languages, Tamil will be an added advantage
