Also, you will be responsible for arrange business travels for organization members & KOLs, identify most cost effective & efficient travel arrangements with Business Visas and necessary reservations of Air Tickets & Accommodations.   • Ability to handle Corporate Travels, Visa Process and Specialized Travel Documents.
  • Identify the best options available in the market for Travels and Accommodation reservation.
  • Responsible for maintaining Travel Agreements and adhere to the Budget Limits.
  • Coordinate with Finance Division for Cost Calculations and Obtain Foreign Currencies.
  • Coordinate with HR Division for Visa Letters and Training Bonds.
  • Assist with day to day Administration Function and Corporate Events.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Diploma in Airline Ticketing or Foundation Level in IATA.
  • Qualifications relates to Administration would be preferred.
  • Experience in handling Corporate Travels and Visa Process.
  • Experience in Administration functions will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision.
