We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant HR Manager for our luxury flagship property in Thirappane, Anuradhapura. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic individual possessing a qualification in HR from a recognized institute. Language proficiency in English & Sinhala is a prerequisite. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity is vital with experience in Learning & Development being an added advantage.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining good HR practices, maintenance of all personal records, conducting of learning & develop programmes at the hotel, drive Corporate HR goals & organization objectives and to provide proper & timely information to Corporate HR. The candidate should also be self-driven and able to operate efficiently in challenging environments.
