ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verification of applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans.
- Able and willing to learn conduct/follow a digital KYC process.
- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans.
- Communicate with customers either to request or to provide information.
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them.
- Complete loan application and counsel Customer on policies and restrictions
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the Conversation.
- Minimum 01-year experience working in Call Centre, Micro Finance, or Banking /Insurance Companies
- Excellent analytical, communication and listening skills.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Ability to learn quickly and adaptability.
- Flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, across Monday to Sunday
- Aged between 18-30 years
