Villa Manager - Talpe

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective leadership of the villa team towards operational goals, prioritising guest satisfaction and the desired financial results
• Build strong relationships with in-house guests to identify personal preferences to serve effectively
• Creating, monitoring, and driving the villa team towards
  actual and projected sales targets, without compromising on guest satisfaction
• Develop SOP's and strategies aligned with Ishq's brand values and ethos
• Constant communication with internal staff and headquarters

PREREQUISITES

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management at a reputed luxury boutique hotel or villa
• Fluency in written and spoken English, spoken Sinhala (any other language is a bonus)
• Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, organisational and effective time-management skills
• Flexible schedules and hours, and a willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required
